Service and customer responsibility

DPH provides editing, AI-assisted creation, design, formatting, and publishing preparation. Customers remain responsible for facts, citations, permissions, third-party rights, final proofs, and distributor submissions.

Privacy and AI processing

Private project files require authorization. After separate consent, necessary project material may be processed by Groq for a customer-requested stage. AI can make factual, citation, copyright, bias, repetition, and legal errors.

Records and approvals

Agreement versions, approval time, account and project identifiers, and security audit information may be retained. Approved versions are preserved rather than silently overwritten.
